We work all over the north shore from Deep Cove to Caulfield.
Lawn mowing services are available on these schedules: weekly, or bi-weekly. If you have a specific day of the week you would like to have your property serviced, we will do our best to accommodate. We don’t require homeowners to be there when we service your property. Any gates will be shut behind us and everything left as it was.
Our garden maintenance programs can also be paired with any of our weekly lawn mowing plans. On each scheduled visit along with mowing we can weed and clean through garden beds, trim and shape any bushes, hedges, small trees and clean any other areas of your garden needing attention.
Yes we operate 12 months a year. Weekly, bi weekly, or monthly plans are available.
Annual contracts are broken down into 12 equal payments throughout the year. Invoices are sent out monthly on the last day of each month. Payments are due within 14 days of being received.
Yes we are happy to meet any of your lawn and garden needs.
North Van Landscaping is fully insured, licensed and covered by WCB.
No we are flexible, you can choose a package and schedule that works best for you.
We will come meet with you to have a look at the job you need done, walk the property with you, then send you a detailed estimate for you to make a decision.
Making payment is simple; we will leave an invoice on the last visit of each month (if you want a paper copy), or we will email your bill on the last day of each month. Payments can be made by e-transfer, cheque or we can keep a credit card on file and charge it at the end of every month.
We are very flexible to meet your needs. We accept email transfers, visa, mastercard, and personal cheques.

Preparing the lawns and gardens for the upcoming growing season. This can include trimming, weeding, adding fresh soil and mulch, planting annuals, preparing the lawn with aerating, lime, moss control and fertilizing.
Preparing the lawns and gardens for the upcoming winter season. This can include trimming down plants and shrubs, cleaning up leaves, trimming hedges, planting bulbs and winterizing the lawn.
